AI Thumbnail System

The most common failure: a creator makes a good video, screenshots a frame, adds the title on top, and wonders why nothing clicks. A frame shows what the video contains. It does not create the gap between what the viewer knows and what they want to know, and that gap is the entire mechanism of a click. The corollary matters as much: the thumbnail and title must not say the same thing, or you have used two assets to deliver one piece of information. Title states the premise; thumbnail states the stake, the outcome, or the surprise. GAP: the five gaps that reliably produce clicks (outcome, contradiction, stakes, comparison, identity) and why running two at once lands as neither. SUBJECT: one idea per frame, when a face is worth including and when it is wasted space, and the faceless options that work. CLARITY: every rule exists because the image will be seen at roughly 200 pixels wide: three to five words maximum, contrast as the whole game, the clear corner for the duration stamp, and the grayscale test.
