Two answers before you write in
Refunds: every sale is final and we do not offer refunds. That is set out in the No Refund Policy. We would rather you know that now than find out after you buy.
Lost your files: everything you have bought stays in your dashboard and you can download it again any time. If it is not there, email us and we will put it back.
