NLP Persuasion Copy System

Rewrite copy at the sentence level so the reader never raises the objection in the first place

Copywriting·Intermediate

Most copy fails for one reason: the writer wrote to their own mind. They led with what convinced them, and the reader arrives holding different beliefs, a different vocabulary and a different sense of what is obvious. The gap never closes and the sale never happens. This system works at the level of sentence construction, not slogans. It runs on three phases. MATCH: a six-question intake that gets the literal sentences your reader would say, what they already tried, what they secretly suspect, and the ten words they actually use — then three to five opening statements the reader cannot argue with. MOVE: eight specific techniques applied in the order they appear in a page, including the reframe that reassigns blame, the presupposition that asserts without triggering the counter-argument reflex, the embedded directive, the open loop, sensory matching, decision-style targeting, temporal placement, and the non-closing close that asks which instead of whether. MARK: four passes that delete the four habits which destroy persuasive copy. It also refuses the manipulative version. Copy that only works on someone confused or misled generates refunds in week four, and the skill will say so and offer the honest alternative instead.

What's Inside

The 6-Question Intake (literal sentences, failed attempts, secret suspicions, rejected ideas, their vocabulary, the undeniable observation)
Pacing Statements — three unarguable openers that earn the right to lead
The Reframe — reassign the cause of what they blame themselves for
Presuppositions — assert without triggering the counter-argument reflex
Embedded Directives — instruction as suggestion, and why three to five is the limit
Open Loops — hold attention across sections, and the rule for closing every one
Sensory Matching (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) for broad and one-to-one copy
Decision-Style Targeting — big-picture vs first-step, toward vs away
Temporal Placement — the specific future scene written in present tense
The Non-Closing Close — ask which, never whether
The 4-Pass Strip (negations, hedges, untranslated features, your vocabulary)
