Reaction Content System

Turn other people's content into your own high-retention videos, at volume, without running out of things to say

Social Media·Beginner

Most creators pick sources on instinct and cap their own channel on day one, then burn out because their whole channel is one reaction repeated. This system fixes both. SOURCE: score every candidate clip on visual self-evidence (understandable in two seconds with the sound off), emotional polarity, comment provocation, and supply. Anything low on self-evidence or supply is rejected whatever else it has. A niche with fifty good sources is a hobby; a niche with fifty new sources a week is a business. STANCE: six stances — Judge, Expert, Fixer, Empathiser, Escalator, Historian — rotated deliberately so the same source library produces six times the output. The Expert stance builds authority and converts to sales. The Fixer has the highest save rate. The Empathiser stops the channel reading as cruel. STRUCTURE: the five-beat script. Seconds 0-2 raw source with no introduction, 2-5 the verdict in your first words, 5-20 the reason (the beat most creators skip, and why their channel feels empty by video thirty), 20-40 the turn, last 3 seconds the loop or the divisive question. STACK: the weekly batching system — separate sourcing, scripting, filming, editing and scheduling blocks, edited assembly-line by beat rather than video by video. Two production days a month supports daily posting. The transformation rule runs through all of it: every video must add a judgment, explanation, correction or context the source did not have. That is the line between a channel and a copyright claim.

What's Inside

The 4-Axis Source Score (visual self-evidence, emotional polarity, comment provocation, supply)
The 4 Evergreen Source Categories that satisfy all four axes
The 6 Stances (Judge, Expert, Fixer, Empathiser, Escalator, Historian) and what each is for
The 5-Beat Script with timings (source, verdict, reason, turn, loop or ask)
Why beat two is the whole video, and how to write it first
The Weekly Batching Stack (source, script, film, edit, schedule) with time budgets
Assembly-line editing by beat instead of by video
The Transformation Rule — the line between a channel and a copyright claim
Comment velocity in hour one, and why a question beats a thank you
Mining your own comments for sources, the point where the work stops scaling with effort
